Ingredients
Cucumber, lemon & mint

250g cucumber plus extra for garnish

1/2 lemon

3-4 fresh mint leaves

2-3 ice cubes
Method
Peel and roughly chop cucumber, squeeze lemon, add mint leaves and ice cubes into your blender or food processor.
Process to your preferred consistency.
Pour into a tall glass and garnish with a shaving of cucumber.

Cranberry & apple

250g apple

100g frozen cranberries

100g live natural yogurt

1 tbs clear honey
Method
Juice the apple (you can buy pre-made apple juice, just make sure it's good quality & never from concentrate).
Add the apple juice, cranberries, yogurt & honey to blender or food processor and process to your preferred consistency.
This ones nice poured over ice but that is optional of course...

100g of fig

1 large orange

250g carrot

100g banana

ice cubes
Method
Juice the fig, carrot, orange and ginger.
Move all to a blender or food processor, add banana & some ice cubes, process until your preferred consistency.
Pour over a glass of ice.
